The Reading Room has publications from 1883 and current issues of the Christian Science Monitor, Sentinel, and Journal.

- Audio cassettes are available with many topics of healings.
- A large selection of pamphlets on topics of home, work, school, relationships, safety and many more are available free.
- Biographies of Mary Baker Eddy and related books can be purchased or borrowed.
